  • GENERAL BOOKING INFO:

  • Your booking may not be confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation email.
    If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or email the restaurant to confirm if it has gone through.

  • We are a limited-seat restaurant and are affected by late cancellations and no-shows, therefore have a £25 per person late cancellation/no show policy.
    Please read our cancellation policy under our FAQs below.

  • Table reservations are for a fixed time period between 1 hour 45 mins to 2 hours, we kindly request that you take note of your allotted time and vacate your table at the agreed time.

  • Please call if you are running late, we will hold your reservations for up to 15 minutes.
    Late arrival may affect your seating time, especially on busy nights.

  • To cancel or amend an existing booking, please see your booking confirmation email or call us on 0117 973 1254.

  • We do offer gluten free alternatives but do not serve GF pasta.

  • Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express payments going forward. We apologise for the inconvenience.
